This is a long-term opportunity providing consistent support for the remainder of the academic year.You will play a vital role in supporting the student''s learning, communication, and emotional needs, working closely with teaching staff and the SEN team.Key Responsibilities:Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a non-verbal studentSupport communication using appropriate strategies and toolsAssist with learning activities and engagementFollow EHCP and individual support plansPromote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environmentThe Ideal Candidate Will:Have experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant (1:1 experience preferred)Be patient, reliable, and proactiveHave experience with non-verbal students (PECS, Makaton, or similar desirable)Be able to commit for the remainder of the academic yearAbout The Supply RegisterThis role is offered through The Supply Register, the official managed service provider working in partnership with schools and trusts to supply high-quality education staff.
