      <description>Location: Upminster | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Contract | Job Title: Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Support &amp; Small Group Interventions Location: Upminster  Start Date: After Easter  About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming infant school in Upminster. This role involves providing 1:1 support for a Year 3 pupil, alongside delivering small group interventions to support learning and development across the classroom.  Key Responsibilities:  Provide tailored 1:1 support to a Year 3 pupil Deliver targeted small group interventions Support the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment Monitor progress and adapt support strategies as needed Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents  Requirements:  Proven experience working within Early Years or Key Stage 1/Lower Key Stage 2 Strong understanding of child development and learning strategies Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential  Be available five days per week  What We Offer:  Supportive school environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning Ongoing professio...</description>
