Job Role: Providing 1-2-1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs. Supporting teachers in planning and delivering engaging and accessible lessons. Helping students regulate their emotions and manage behaviours effectively. Encouraging positive attitudes to learning and building confidence in students. Assisting with classroom activities, interventions, and whole-school initiatives. Building positive relationships with students, acting as a trusted role model and mentor.
