      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: £90 - £115 per day | Type: Full time | Teaching Assistant required to provide 1-2-1 support to a student at a successful Alternative Provision school in South Birmingham. Are you a Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding new challenge? Do you have experience supporting young people with additional needs, challenging behaviour or barriers to education? This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive team and make a genuine difference to a young person's education.  As a Teaching Assistant, you will be providing dedicated 1-2-1 support to a student within a Key Stage 3 or Key Stage 4 Alternative Provision setting. The Teaching Assistant will work closely with teachers and the wider pastoral team to help the student engage with lessons, manage barriers to learning and make positive progress.  This Teaching Assistant role would suit someone who is patient, resilient and confident building positive relationships with young people.
