Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a Level 3 qualification or degree? Do you have experience supporting young people with SEND, SEMH or challenging behaviour? This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1-2-1 support within a specialist setting. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the student, class teacher and wider support team to help him access learning, manage barriers to education and remain engaged throughout the school day. Previous Teaching Assistant experience is essential, along with either a Level 3 qualification or degree.
