About the RoleWe are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to join our supply team and support local schools on an ad-hoc basis. This is an ideal opportunity to work flexibly, supporting pupils in their learning while experiencing a variety of school environments.ResponsibilitiesProvide classroom support to teachers and assist in delivering engaging lessons.Support individual pupils or small groups to enhance their learning and development.Setting up and tidying away learning materialsSupervising children during breaks and lunchtimesAssist with classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment.Supporting children with additional needs (SEN, EAL, etc.)Adapt to the needs of different schools and year groups.Uphold school policies and procedures, promoting the welfare and safeguarding of all pupils.About YouWe are looking for someone who:Has experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (desirable but not essential).Is enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable.Has a passion for working with children and supporting their education.Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.Is professional, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.Happy to work in all year groups across EYFS / KS1 and KS2Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g., CACHE, NCFE, NVQ)What We OfferCompetitive hourly/daily rates.Flexibility to choose when and where you work.Opportunities to gain experience in a range of school ..... full job details .....
