Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity?We are recruiting on behalf of a friendly and supportive primary school in Banbury (OX17) seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team from September on a temporary-to-permanent basis.This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a welcoming school where you can make a real difference, supporting pupils across Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, and those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will:Support teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2 classrooms.Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN.Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning activities.Help promote pupils'' confidence, independence, and academic progress.Support behaviour management and contribute to a positive learning environment.Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support children''s development.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:Has previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school.Has experience supporting children across KS1, KS2, and SEN.Is patient, adaptable, and committed to helping every child succeed.Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.Can use their own initiative and work effectively as part of a wider school team.Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential for candidates with proven experience).What We OfferA ..... full job details .....
