The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support students with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning needs. Work closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver tailored learning and intervention programmes. Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Provide one-to-one and small group support both inside and outside the classroom. Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience working with children or young people with SEN. Is patient, resilient, and adaptable. Has strong communication and relationship-building skills. Can confidently support students with varying needs and abilities. Is passionate about making a positive impact on young people''s lives.
