We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Ferryhill, supporting pupils through a mixture of nurture provision and small-group interventions. The Role: This varied role will involve supporting pupils both within the classroom and through targeted nurture and intervention sessions. You will work with small groups of pupils in the afternoons, helping to develop their confidence, emotional wellbeing, communication, social skills and engagement with learning. You may also support pupils with targeted interventions, adapting activities to meet individual needs and helping children make positive progress.
