Teaching Assistant

We are looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a day-to-day basis with the opportunity for long-term roles for the right Teaching Assistant. The successful Teaching Assistant will be supporting students across KS3 and KS4, working alongside teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons, support learning, and manage classroom behaviour effectively.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• At least 6 months experience working within a UK education setting
• Experience working within a secondary school environment
• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Experience supporting students across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4
• A proactive and flexible approach to work
