Salary: £100 - £150 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming secondary school based in Hull, who are looking to appoint a dedicated HLTA. The school is committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, where students are encouraged to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.

The school is looking to take on an experienced HLTA on a temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful HLTA will be supporting students across KS3 and KS4, delivering targeted interventions, covering lessons where required, and supporting students both inside and outside of the classroom. The Senior Leadership Team are committed to ensuring the successful HLTA feels supported throughout their placement.

The successful HLTA will have:

• HLTA qualification or relevant experience supporting secondary students

• Experience working within a UK secondary school setting

• Strong behaviour management skills

• Experience supporting students across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4

• A positive and proactive attitude

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
