The schools provide welcoming environments where pupils are encouraged to learn, develop and feel supported throughout the school day.The successful Teaching Assistant will initially support pupils on a flexible basis, with long-term potential available for the right candidate who is a strong fit for the school. The Teaching Assistant will support children both within the classroom and on a 1-1 basis, using their initiative to engage pupils while providing a warm, calm and consistent presence.The successful Teaching Assistant will have: A minimum of 6 months'' experience working in a school or with childrenExperience supporting children both 1-1 and within group environmentsThe ability to use initiative and confidently support classroom activitiesA reliable, warm and calming approachStrong communication and teamwork skillsFluent Welsh language skills are advantageous but not essential In return for the above you can expect to ..... full job details .....
