The Head Teacher is looking to appoint a qualified Level 2 Teaching Assistant for a term initially, and the successful candidate will be supporting a Year 2 class five mornings a week. You will be supporting small groups with Literacy and Numeracy and you will be responsible for raising standards alongside the class teacher. TeacherActive are looking to appoint an exceptional candidate who: Will have relevant experience of working with children (minimum of 6 months)Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in schoolsWill be required to work under the direction of the class teacher and liaise with other professionals both within and outside the schoolResponsible for working with an individual pupil and small groupsWill be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given solutions with integrity and compassionHas the ability to encourage every child to learn and achieve and has enthusiasm, skill and desire to make a differenceCan plan, prepare and promote constructive play during ..... full job details .....
