The school promotes inclusivity, positive relationships and high expectations, ensuring every child is encouraged to succeed both academically and personally.

The school is looking to appoint a committed Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis from September. The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with class teachers to support teaching and learning, provide targeted intervention where required and help create a positive classroom environment that enables pupils to thrive.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent experience

• Previous experience working within a Primary School setting

• Experience supporting children with a range of learning abilities

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A patient, nurturing and proactive approach

• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
