The setting is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant who can provide consistent and positive support to pupils with additional needs.The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a temporary, full-time basis with an immediate start. The successful Teaching Assistant will provide 1:1 support for pupils with needs including autism / ASD, ADHD and SEMH, helping them access learning, remain engaged and develop within the school environment.The successful Teaching Assistant will have:• Experience working with children across KS1 and KS2 • SEND experience, particularly supporting autism / ASD, ADHD or SEMH, is desirable • Experience providing 1:1 support to pupils • Team Teach training is desirable but not essential • A patient, positive and adaptable approach • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupilsIn return for the above you can expect to receive:• A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to help you with the easy onboarding process • CPD Courses and certificates as part of the My-Progression channel • Market leading rates of ..... full job details .....
