These schools offer supportive leadership teams, inclusive learning environments, and rewarding opportunities to make a real difference to students'' education.We are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work within secondary schools across Nottingham from September. The successful Teaching Assistant will support students in the classroom, work alongside teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons, and provide one-to-one and small group support where required. This Teaching Assistant role offers flexible day-to-day work with the opportunity to secure a long-term position for the right Teaching Assistant. The ideal Teaching Assistant will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.The successful Teaching Assistant will have:• At least 6 months'' experience working within a UK education setting• Experience supporting students within a secondary school environment• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff• A patient, enthusiastic, and flexible approach to supporting learning• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable but not essentialIn return for the above you can expect to receive:• A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to help you ..... full job details .....
