TeacherActive are proud to be working with a primary school in the Swansea area. The Head Teacher is looking to recruit a full- time Teaching Assistant from April 2025. The successful candidate will be supporting a Reception aged pupil on a one-to-one basis in an alternative education setting. You will play a vital role in supporting an Autistic pupil who isn t currently able to access mainstream education. This specialised programme offers a lifeline to pupils who may be facing significant or complex challenges from social and emotional needs. You will be naturally empathetic and creative to engage the pupil because they will following be an alternative curriculum.
