The setting requires a confident and resilient Teaching Assistant who can create a positive environment while maintaining clear and consistent boundaries.The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a full-time, temporary long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful Teaching Assistant will support children within the Nursery class, assisting with their learning, development and additional needs while working closely with the class teacher.The successful Teaching Assistant will have: Experience working within an Early Years / EY settingExperience supporting children with Additional Learning Needs / ALNA good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFSA firm and consistent approach to managing behaviour and boundariesResilience, patience and confidence when supporting young childrenA positive and adaptable approach to working as part of a team In return for the above you can expect to receive: A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 ..... full job details .....
