You will support pupils both in the classroom and on a 1:1 or small-group basis, helping with learning, behaviour, emotional regulation and general classroom activities.The successful Teaching Assistant will ideally have: Previous experience working with children or young peopleSchool-based experience is desirable but not essential for candidates with relevant transferable experienceConfidence supporting pupils with SEMH and challenging behaviourStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA patient, calm and resilient approachThe ability to build professional and positive relationships ..... full job details .....
