We are currently looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary school in Fallowfield, providing 1:1 support to a child with Autism.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is patient, resilient and confident in supporting children who may display challenging behaviour. The Role You will be working on a 1:1 basis with a child with Autism, providing consistent support throughout the school day. The pupil can display challenging behaviour, so the successful candidate will need to be confident managing behaviour calmly and effectively while building a positive and trusting relationship.
