      <description>Location: Swadlincote | Salary: &amp;pound;95.00 - &amp;pound;120/day | Type: Temporary | TeacherActive is proud to be working with a supportive and inclusive school in Swadlincote. The school provides a positive learning environment where pupil wellbeing, academic progress and individual needs are at the heart of everything they do, ensuring every child receives the support they need to succeed.  The school is looking to appoint a General Cover Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis with an immediate start. The successful General Cover Teaching Assistant will work between 8:30am and 4pm, supporting learning across multiple Key Stages through small group interventions, adaptive teaching strategies and classroom support, while also working with pupils with SEND, supporting behaviour regulation and monitoring progress through Pre-Key Stage assessment where appropriate.   The successful General Cover Teaching Assistant will have:   • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or 6 months plus relevant experience  • Experience supporting pupils across multiple Key Stages  • Strong understanding of adaptive teaching and differentiated learning approaches  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs  • Knowledge of behaviour support strategies, emoti...</description>
