This rewarding opportunity involves supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and associated needs within a calm, nurturing environment.The Role: As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will: Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups throughout the school day.Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated learning activities.Help pupils to develop academically, socially and emotionally.Encourage independence, confidence and positive behaviour.Build strong, trusting relationships with students and staff.Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation and daily classroom routines.Promote a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.
