Teaching Assistant

We are looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a day-to-day basis with long-term opportunities available for the right Teaching Assistant. The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with classroom teachers to support learning, encourage student engagement, and contribute to a positive and productive classroom environment. SEND experience would be highly beneficial, as some Teaching Assistant assignments may involve supporting students with additional needs.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• At least 6 months experience working within a UK education setting
• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or supporting children and young people
• SEND experience is preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
