Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a caring, patient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our friendly and supportive primary school team. This is a full-time position working 1:1 with a children in Key Stage 2The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacherto help the children engage positively in learning, and make progress academically.Key Responsibilitiese Build a trusting relationship that encourages engagement and emotional regulation.Use creative and flexible strategies to support the childrens learning, communication and social interaction.Implement behaviour support plans and adapt approaches in response to the childrens needs.Liaise regularly with the class teacher and parents to share progress and strategies.Contribute to the wider life of the school and promote an inclusive, nurturing environment.
