The school promotes an inclusive and supportive culture where pupils are encouraged to develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.

The school is looking to appoint a full-time Teaching Assistant on a permanent basis from September. The successful Teaching Assistant will support pupils across Key Stage 1 / KS1, assist with classroom activities, deliver targeted support and work closely with the class teacher to help pupils achieve their full potential.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Experience supporting pupils within Key Stage 1 / KS1
• A good understanding of the Primary Curriculum
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A patient, caring and adaptable approach
• The ability to create positive relationships with pupils and staff
