We are looking to recruit enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for both long-term and short-term assignments starting in September. The successful Teaching Assistant will support teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4, work closely with class teachers to help students reach their full potential and adapt confidently to a variety of school settings while providing students with a positive learning experience.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working within UK secondary schools
• Experience supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• A proactive approach to supporting teaching and learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong classroom behaviour management skills
• A positive, adaptable and enthusiastic attitude
