Teaching Assistant (Full-Time, Temporary) Location: Hereford Contract: Full-Time, Temporary Start Date: ASAP Salary: £90-£120 per dayAbout the Role We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant secondary school community in Hereford. This is a full-time temporary position, supporting students across all year groups and key stages. The successful candidate will work alongside teaching staff in a range of subjects, helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.Key Responsibilities Provide in-class support across a variety of subjects and year groups (Key Stages 3 4).Assist individual students and small groups to access learning and reach their full potential.Support teachers with preparation of learning materials and classroom activities.Help to maintain a calm and focused classroom atmosphere.Provide feedback on student progress and contribute to assessment where appropriate.Assist with supervision during breaks, lunchtimes, and school activities as required.
