Teaching Assistant

Do you enjoy supporting children one-to-one and helping them grow in confidence every day? We re looking for a warm and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming SEND school based in Sutton. This is a lovely opportunity to work closely with pupils with Autism, providing consistent support in a nurturing and structured environment. This is a long-term Teaching Assistant role.Your Teaching Assistant duties: Supporting a pupil with autism on a one-to-one and small groups basis.Helping with personalised learning activities.Encouraging communication, independence, and social skills.Providing calm and positive behaviour support.Working closely with the class teacher and wider SEN team. As a Teaching Assistant - what do the school require from you?
