The school is looking to take on a dedicated Teaching Assistant on a long-term, full-time basis. The successful Teaching Assistant will be supporting a Year 2 pupil on a 1:1 basis with SEND and challenging behaviour, requiring patience, consistency and strong behaviour management skills.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
• At least 3 months experience working in a UK primary school
• Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly with challenging behaviour
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A patient and resilient approach
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
