Are you a patient and resilient Teaching Assistant who can provide consistent 1-to-1 support?  Can you build positive relationships and help a child engage successfully with their learning?  TeacherActive is proud to be working with a small, welcoming primary school based in Salford, which has been rated ‘Good’ by OFSTED.  The school provides a supportive environment where pupils are encouraged to develop both academically and personally.  The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant from October on a long-term, full-time basis, providing 1-to-1 support for a child in Year 3 who displays challenging behaviour.  The successful Teaching Assistant will be expected to build a positive relationship with the child, support their engagement in learning and manage behaviour effectively while working closely with the class teacher.
