As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping pupils thrive both academically and personally. Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to support children with a range of learning needs while working alongside experienced teaching staff.

Your responsibilities may include:

Providing classroom support during lessons
Working with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning
Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
Supporting children with their confidence, wellbeing, and engagement
Assisting teachers with classroom organisation and learning activities
