A welcoming secondary school in  Lymington  is looking for a dedicated  Teaching Assistant  to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a genuine difference to the lives of young people who may be struggling to engage with school and their education. The role will involve working closely with pupils who may be disengaged from learning, helping them to build confidence, develop positive relationships with education and ultimately reach their potential. The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will:   Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils who are struggling to engage with education.
