About the Role

Teach South is seeking a full-time, permanent Teaching Assistant to join a specialist college in Poole from September, offering a monthly salary of £1,850 with on-site parking. In this role, you will support students with additional needs, including learning difficulties, physical disabilities, autism, and complex conditions. The Role.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning.
  • Encourage independence while providing appropriate care and support.
  • Build positive relationships with students, helping them to achieve their full potential.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Who We're Looking For:

Experience working in a school is welcomed but not essential.
