Teach South is seeking a full-time, permanent Teaching Assistant to join a specialist college in Poole from September, offering a monthly salary of £1,850 with on-site parking. The Role.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support students both in the classroom and during practical activities.
Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning.
Encourage independence while providing appropriate care and support.
Build positive relationships with students, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Who We're Looking For:

Experience working in a school is welcomed but not essential.
