We work with a wide range of schools, offering opportunities across mainstream primary and secondary schools, specialist provisions and SEND settings. What will you be doing? As a Supply Teaching Assistant, your role will vary depending on the school and the needs of the pupils. You may: Support pupils on a   1:1 basis or in small groups Provide classroom and learning support Assist teachers with learning activities and classroom routines Encourage positive behaviour and engagement Support pupils with additional learning needs Help pupils develop their confidence, independence and social skills Build positive relationships with pupils and staff Adapt your approach to meet individual needs and learning styles SEND experience is welcomed We are particularly interest...
