Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and supporting classroom activities.
andbull; Provide one-to-one or small group support to reinforce student learning.
andbull; Help create a positive, nurturing learning environment for all students.
andbull; Support classroom preparation and assist with administrative tasks.
andbull; £ Promote the welfare and well-being of students at all times.

Requirements:
andbull; ££ A genuine passion for supporting childrenandrsquo;s learning and development.
andbull; Flexibility to work across different schools in Eastbourne.
andbull; £ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
andbull; £ A current DBS check registered on the update service (or willingness to apply).
