Role: Secondary Teaching Assistant

Contract: Full-time/Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Assisting students with their individual learning needs
• Providing 1:1 or small group support for students requiring additional help
• Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assisting with classroom management and student wellbeing

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and a passion for working with young people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
• A proactive and flexible approach to learning
• A commitment to supporting all students, including those with additional learning needs
