Role andamp; Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be an integral part of our schoolandrsquo;s support system, working alongside our teaching staff to deliver high-quality education and help students achieve their best. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Classroom Activities: Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons across various subjects, ensuring all students are engaged and included.
- 1:1 and Small Group Support: Provide targeted support to students who may need extra help, including those with special educational needs (SEN). Youandrsquo;ll work with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning and improve skills.
- Supporting Behaviour Management: Help maintain a positive classroom environment by managing student behaviour in line with the school''s policies, promoting respect, cooperation, and focus.
- Administrative Assistance: Assist with tasks such as preparing classroom resources, setting up materials for lessons, and helping with general classroom organization.
- Encouraging Student Development: Motivate students, foster their confidence, and support their personal and academic growth.

- Passion for Education: A genuine interest in supporting students'' learning and helping them succeed.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members.
- Adaptability: A flexible approach to supporting students with varying needs and learning styles.
