This isn''t just a "classroom job"-it''s an opportunity to provide a fresh start for students who need it most.The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant / Support Worker, you will work closely with small groups and on a 1-to-1 basis to help students re-engage with learning. Your day-to-day will involve:Mentoring and Support: Building strong, trusting relationships with students facing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.Behavioural Support: Using de-escalation techniques to maintain a positive learning environment.Academic Assistance: Supporting the delivery of a tailored curriculum alongside lead teachers.Progress Tracking: Helping students hit their personal and educational milestones.What We Are Looking ForQualified Candidates: Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent) is a plus.Unqualified Candidates: We welcome applicants with backgrounds in sports coaching, youth work, care, or the military ..... full job details .....
