What youandrsquo;ll be doing:

• Supporting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
• Working with pupils one-on-one or in small groups to support learning
• Creating a safe, inclusive environment where all students feel supported
• Assisting pupils with additional needs and adapting to their learning styles
• Helping manage behaviour in a calm and positive manner
• Collaborating with teachers and school staff to promote progress and wellbeing

What weandrsquo;re looking for:

• Experience working with children (across age groups is a bonus)
• A patient, flexible, and nurturing approach
• Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
