We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Portsmouth. This full-time role will involve working closely with teaching staff to support students across a range of subjects and abilities, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Support teachers in the delivery of lessons and learning activities
Provide classroom assistance and supervision of students
Offer one-to-one or small group support when required
Help maintain a safe, organised, and positive learning environment
Support pupils in their academic, social, and emotional development
Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources
Record and report student progress to teaching staff as required
Take part in school events, activities, and team planning meetings
