Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with lessons and classroom activities
• Support pupils one-on-one or in small groups
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Help pupils with additional needs and tailor support to their learning styles
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
• Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (experience across age groups is a bonus)
• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
• Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
