Are you a caring and dedicated teaching professional looking to make a real difference£ Supply Desk is seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support to a pupil with additional learning needs at an Ofsted-rated Good school in Southampton. Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with SEND or specific learning needs
Assist with classroom activities and adapt resources to meet individual needs
Support emotional well-being and encourage positive behaviour
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised learning plans
Promote independence and confidence in learning
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For
Experience working with children with SEND (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
Ability to follow safeguarding and school policies
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
