We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming primary school in the Salisbury area. Youandrsquo;ll be working across the primary age range, providing targeted support to small groups of pupils and occasionally offering 1:1 support for children with additional needs including ASC, ADHD, SEMH and more.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience working in a school setting
- A CACHE Level 2 qualification (desirable)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A nurturing, positive approach with a passion for supporting childrenandrsquo;s learning
- The ability to adapt and respond to individual pupil needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and supportive learning experiences
- Work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Provide 1:1 or small group support for children with additional needs
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage children to reach their full potential
- Work collaboratively with class teachers and other staff
- Be actively involved in wider school life, including events and enrichment activities
