Supply Desk is a nationwide education recruitment company specialising in Primary, Secondary, and SEND education. We are currently working with a number of welcoming and supportive schools in the Bexhill area, and are looking to recruit General Teaching Assistants for full-time, long-term positions starting this term.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about supporting children''s education and development across all areas of the curriculum.

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the class teacher in the delivery of engaging, inclusive lessons
• Assisting with classroom setup, learning activities, and general daily routines
• Providing group and one-to-one support to pupils, helping them stay focused and confident in their learning
• Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to create a safe, nurturing learning environment
• Supporting pupils of varying ability levels, including those with mild additional needs

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience working with children in a school or similar educational setting is preferred
• A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to classroom support
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A passion for helping children reach their potential
• A current, enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
