Supply Desk is working with a number of welcoming primary schools across Brighton and nearby areas, and weandrsquo;re looking for caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistants (SENTAs) to join our team. Whether youandrsquo;re experienced or just starting out, if youandrsquo;re ready to make a difference andndash; weandrsquo;d love to hear from you.

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs, often on a one-to-one or small group basis
• Building positive relationships to help children feel safe, supported and included
• Assisting teachers and SENCOs in delivering tailored learning plans
• Creating a nurturing and structured classroom environment
• Encouraging independence, confidence and social development
• Helping to reduce barriers to learning and promote full classroom participation

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
• Calm, patient and professional approach
• Previous experience in SEN or similar support roles is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative team player whoandrsquo;s flexible and reliable
