What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:

• Supporting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
• Helping individual pupils and small groups engage with learning
• Encouraging positive behaviour and confidence in children
• Preparing learning resources and supporting daily routines
• Building strong relationships with pupils to boost their progress
