Salary: andpound;90 andndash; andpound;120 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:
A small village primary school in Winslow is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to support pupils across all key stages. You will assist with whole-class learning and provide interventions in maths and reading.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children in class and during small group sessions
• Work alongside the class teacher to adapt tasks for individual needs
• Encourage independence and confidence in learning

Requirements:

• Previous TA or classroom experience desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enthusiastic and patient nature
