This role involves supporting classroom teachers and helping students, primarily Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, to achieve their full potential. Role Overview:
We are recruiting a supportive Teaching Assistant to work in a mixed Secondary School in the Salisbury area. The successful candidate will assist teachers with lesson delivery, provide one-to-one or small group support, and contribute to maintaining a positive learning environment. The role is offered initially until July 2026, with strong potential for permanency.

Have recent experience supporting students in a UK secondary school setting
Be confident in assisting classroom activities and managing student behaviour effectively

Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
Be proactive and flexible to support a variety of needs within the school
Hold relevant qualifications or experience in education support
