About the Role

At Supply Desk, we are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming school in High Wycombe. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students in a nurturing environment while gaining valuable experience, with the potential for a permanent position.

We work closely with our partner schools to match passionate individuals with roles where they can truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Support students with a variety of learning needs in both small groups and one-to-one settings
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Work alongside teachers to plan and deliver tailored interventions
• Encourage positive behaviour and support students’ emotional and social development
• Assist in monitoring progress and providing feedback to the teaching team

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
• Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
• A genuine passion for supporting learning and development
