About the Role:

Supply Desk is urgently seeking friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants (TAs) to join our growing team and work across a range of primary and secondary schools in Watford and nearby Hertfordshire areas - including Bushey, Rickmansworth, Abbots Langley, and Kings Langley.

We have immediate opportunities for daily supply, short-term assignments, and longer-term roles across all age groups and settings.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  Supporting pupils in class under the guidance of the teacher

  Assisting with learning activities and classroom tasks

  Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need extra help

  Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
